Q:
When I press power button, it took about 1 second to start, and during the period, the power light, hard disk and floppy disk lights are all on, but only after this process, system quickly shut down automatically….why is this?

A:
1) Remove the battery, and pull out power;
2) Press power button 30 seconds or more;
3) Plug AC power only and try restarting again.
