Hello, recently my Dell Insprion 6000 laptop had some failures, when I play music or video, it would continually play for a while, and later would auto cut off; when I pressed F7 to open and close speaker, the sound came back again. However, after few minutes, sound would auto disappear again. What’s the problem? Hope to get your solution!

Reinstall sound card driver!
Method to install sound card driver:
1. My company—Properties—Hardware—Device manager—Sound, video and game controller—right click on the audio devices with “?(!)” mark—Delete.
2. Restart computer and new hardware is found—follow the prompt to install sound card driver;
You can right click “My Computer”—“Properties”—“Hardware”—“Device manager”—double click on the device (Sound card) with “?(!)” mark—click “Update driver”—choose “Only this time” and then click “Next”—Choose “The exact location of the sound card driver you download” and then click “Next”—Start!
