I have a Toshiba Tecra A2 laptop, few times after I restart my laptop, it suddenly turns black screen, and then there’s nothing could be seen on the screen. But when I restart it again, it could recover running normally.
I’ve already added a DDR of 512MB before, but this problem still happened. It seems useless to update memory, so I really hope to get your help and suggestion. Thank you a lot!
1) From my experience, this symptom might be the connection issue before your monitor and motherboard, the first step you need to do is to connect your laptop to an external monitor, and then try restarting several times, check whether the same problem happens again. If the situation’s still the same, then it means the display circuitry on your system motherboard has something wrong. If there’s nothing happening, then it indicates that your laptop screen fails.
