Symptom description:
After inserting a CD or DVD, the drive could not pop up. The reason causing such a problem might be the confliction between IMAPI and IBM DLA.
How to let the problem recur?
The next steps could cause the problem that auto running CD or DVD fails to pop up. Invalidation frequency is close to 1/10.
1. System power on;
2. When Windows XP desktop appears, insert auto run CD or DVD.
3. Cancel installation menu, press popup button or choose “Pop up” in the drive properties, but the disc could not pop up.
