1): Next time when you could enter Windows normally, remember to right click “My computer”—“Advanced”, and then click setup button at failure recovery place! Afterwards, remove the selection of auto restart when system fails!!

If yes, then it proves that the loading items have some problems, so it’s useless even you reinstall system.
