I have a Acer 5735z laptop, recently it got a problem, that is, when I pressed the power button for the first time, it could not start normally. And then when I pressed second time, it could run. 1):  Next time when you could enter Windows normally, remember to right click “My computer”—“Advanced”, and then click setup button at failure recovery place! Afterwards, remove the selection of auto restart when system fails!!
 Then check it up! Or you could enter safe mode and check whether it could enter system successfully the first time machine starts up. If yes, then it proves that the loading items have some problems, so it’s useless even you reinstall system. You can try not installing any driver after finishing reinstallation, and no any application software neither… try and see whether the problem above still exists! If the problem still exists, then start from hardware and eliminate the possibility one by one, then you could finally figure out what’s the true problem!! Good luck!
